  • What is the first thing I need to do?

    Firstly, contact us to check if we are available the day of your wedding. Once a booking deposit of £130 is made, we can secure the date for you. The cost of the booking fee is taken off your final bill, but is not refundable if you cancel.

  • What if I need to cancel or change the date?

    The booking deposit is not refundable should you cancel, but if you need to change the date, we can carry the deposit over to the rearranged date.

  • What happens in bad weather?

    We are professional photographers, so we don't let rain and snow get in the way! We always bring indoor lighting in case we need to do shots indoors. We also bring transparent umbrellas to be used by the wedding party being photographed.

  • What if the photographer is ill and unable to attend?

    Our team includes 3 photographers/videographers and so we are covered in the event of anyone becoming ill. But this has never happened so far - touch wood!

  • How many photographers will be present?

    We normally have two photographers. The lead photographer is in charge of setting up the main shots and helping with poses if necessary, while the other photographer takes more candid, documental images. If video is being fimed, we may have a third person as videographer.

  • Can you shoot indoors?

    Yes, we always bring flashlights that can be set up in case of bad weather. We use our expertise gained from our advertising background, to ensure the artificial lighting looks as natural as possible.

  • Are you insured?

    Yes, we have public and professional liabilty insurance to ensure peace of mind for our clients and to comply with venue requirements.

  • Can we provide a shot list or specific photos we want?

    We welcome your ideas and any specific shots you’d like. We’ll work with you to ensure your must-have photos are captured.

  • How do you handle travel and accommodation for weddings outside your local area?

    Travel and accommodation costs are discussed during booking and may be included in your package or charged separately, depending on the distance.

  • Do you provide prints and albums?

    We offer high-quality prints, albums, and photo books as optional extras. Our packages typically include digital images, but we can customize packages to include physical products.


  • What rights do we have to the images?

    You will receive digital copies of your edited images with full personal use rights. You are welcome to print, share, and keep the images as you wish.
